If you are unable to make the specified appointment *day and (or) time, you will be given the chance to reschedule in your CONFIRMATION EMAIL. (Cancel/change appointment option) one time only, otherwise your appointment all together will be cancelled. If you CANCEL, you FORFEIT your deposit.You will not be charged any further costs. If you are A NO CALL/NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE FULL PRICE ON YOUR CARD and BANNED FROM BOOKING AGAIN. Please communicate. I am very understanding.
