When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order. Please note products can and usually are processed before promise date.

Do you offer early morning/late evening appointments?

I do! There is an additional $50 fee for appointments booked before 9 AM and/ or after 5PM.

How long does delivery take?

USPS first-class takes 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. USPS priority shipping takes 2-3 business days (per request only). Choosing priority shipping does not speed up the time it takes for us to process your order, this only applies to delivery times once shipped.

What’s the available customer service hours?

A’dorher Beauty offers customer services hours Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. If you are trying to reach us after hours please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Will items that are out of stock be restocked?”

We restock frequently, however, not all items are restocked at once. Once you are interested in a particular item, be sure to add it to your “wishlist/notify me when available” button and you will receive notification as soon as item restock.

Please be advised this will depend on the persons personal care and upkeep. Aftercare touch up kits are available for purchasing.

How far in advance should I book my appointment for the day of event?

Please book your appointment two hours prior to your event. Please understand delays may occur, please book accordingly.
