1. Please refrain from any head bands, bonnets or head scarfs during servicing as we would like all content to remain classy! 

 

2. Any sniffling, sneezing, coughing, and or fever will result in automatic cancellation with deposit forfeited. 

 

3. Please do not arrive to your appointment early but yet enter the salon at your appointment time. We are located in the St. Andrews/Bush River area. Please look for confirmation email with further information for location. 

 

4. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. 

 

5. No children or extra guest under NO CIRCUMSTANCES. Appointment maybe cancelled upon discretion of guess in salon.

 

6. Please note 5 mins late will result in a $20 late fee, more than 5 mins late will result in APPT Cancellation (with the potential to not book again).

 

7. CASH APP payments are not accepted….CASH ONLY FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE.

 

8. THERE IS A NO CELL PHONE POLICY DURING SERVICING. (PLEASE NOTE APPT CAN AND WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COOPERATE.)

 

9. Please note booking opens the 15th of every month. 

 

10. Salon etiquette: Please refrain from using vulgar language/cursing and gossiping during servicing. 

 

       Appointment Concerns

 

If you are unable to make the specified appointment  *day and (or) time, you will be given the chance to reschedule in your CONFIRMATION EMAIL. (Cancel/change appointment option) one time only, otherwise your appointment all together will be cancelled. 

 

If you CANCEL, you FORFEIT your deposit.You will not be charged any further costs.

If you are A NO CALL/NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE FULL PRICE ON YOUR CARD and BANNED FROM BOOKING AGAIN. Please communicate. I am very understanding.
